You’re eligible to purchase additional life insurance to a maximum benefit of the lower of 5 times your annual salary or $250,000. You may also purchase insurance Up to $50,000 for your spouse and $10,000 for your children
The guaranteed issue amount is $100,000 ($50,000 for spouse).

Kleen-Tech provides a benefit equal to your your annual salary, up to $150,000, at no cost to you. This coverage is convertible to an individual policy without having to provide evidence of insurability (information about your health). You will be responsible for the premium for the coverage.
